We’ve kicked off our 6 week Spartan Training Program on Monday 14 January 2019.  This program is designed by Spartan Master Trainer Shane Yost and is a total body training program to help prepare you for your upcoming Spartan race.  We will also be programming in obstacle specific training so you can nail your technique on things like the rope climb, Olympus, 8ft wall, cargo net, traverse wall, fortress, rings and monkey bars to name a few!!

You can still book in for single sessions, we’d love to see you here improving your skills and fitness!!

Sessions will be 1 hour in length and run Monday & Wednesdays 7.30pm, and Saturdays 8am.  All sessions will be held at our Ringwood location.
