Book your kids in to get ninja fit. Children must be over 7 years old to attend and Bookings are a must!
Our Ninja coaches will take the kids through swinging, jumping, climbing, balance, agility. Using obstacles such as those you might see on Australian Ninja Warrior. Guaranteed to help kids keep active and get fit in a fun way. From Beginners to Elite!
DURATION
Kids Ninja sessions run for 45 minutes Monday – Friday.

Casual Sessions $20
10 Session Pass $180 (6 month expiry)
MEMBERSHIP $30/week
Membership includes:
– 2 sessions per week (with a discount on any other sessions that week)
– No lock in contracts
– 2 weeks notice to suspend or cancel

THE TRAINING
This session is for parents who love to Ninja or love obstacle racing and have kids who love it too!
Not totally structured, but trainers are there to give tips and hints on technique and keep everyone safe.
Shoes must be worn.

KIDS COMPETITONS
Did you know we do kids competitions?
Kids comps are a great way for young ninjas to test their skills and build their confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Competitions are split into 4 age categories to make sure the courses they run are appropriate to them.
We regularly hold the comps at The Compound, stay tuned to our socials for information.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking is easy! Simply click the ‘book now’ button and find the session you want. You will then be asked to register (if you haven’t already) and you will then be able to book and pay online. You will receive an email confirmation and you are then booked in for your Ninja Training session.
